Both domestic and international shipments are sent with FedEx and are complimentary of Safeguard.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is received by our warehouse. All Shipping Labels will be generated after you receive your order confirmation, therefore we kindly ask to allow 24 hours before tracking your parcel.
All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in the UK.
The recipient of the goods will be legally responsible for the import of the shipment and therefore may be subject to the payment of any customs, taxes or fees that may occur.
We, the exporter, have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We would encourage you to contact your local customs office before placing your order or for further information.
Products are aimed to be dispatched within 2-3 working days, this maybe up to 7 days for larger multiple item orders. Please note this excludes weekends and any bank holidays.
Any products paid for by bank transfer will not be dispatched until the payment has been received and cleared.
We will keep you updated on your delivery, usually via email. If any problems arise, we will contact you immediately.
All items purchased from us are eligible for a full refund if the items are unworn, undamaged and are returned to us in the condition they were sent. Please note we do not refund delivery charges unless we have made an error in the delivery of your item.
We will also not refund delivery charges for items returned due to size issues, unless the wrong size was stated upon purchase.
Refunds and exchanges can only be granted within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all goods are packaged safely and any relevant forms are sent back within 30 days of purchase.

We do not dispatch any items until full payment has been received and cleared.
